PRODUCT RETURNS

  • RefleXions of You offers 100% satisfaction guarantee on all hair care products. If you decide that it is not the right product for you, and provided that 1/2 the amount of product remains, I will gladly exchange it for another product or offer you a salon gift card as a credit for another product. No cash or credit card refunds~~only exchanges or salon credit.
  • NO returns on Xtreme Lashes products.
  • All mechanical item returns (hair dryers, irons) must be made within 90 days.

 

PROMOTIONS

Reflexions of You promotions and special offers cannot be combined. Price adjustments will not be made on previous purchases or services. You must present promotions and special offers at time of check out.

 

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards may be used for either products, tools, or services unless noted otherwise. Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

 

RETURNED CHECKS

Any returned check will result in a $25 service charge plus the face amount of the check, which must be paid in full before any further services are rendered. Payment on returned checks must be by either cash or credit card. No exceptions.

 

PETS 

I love my pets too! However, I regret that we are unable to allow pets inside the salon. The State Board of Cosmetology has specific Rules and Regulations stating that no animals are allowed in the salon at any time. Service dogs with official “Service Animal” vests are the ONLY exception to this rule.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

Please be aware that if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a 50% cancellation fee will apply. However, if I am able to accommodate you, it may result in a shortened service and you would remain responsible for paying for the reserved services. I will do my best to work you in.

 

CANCELLATIONS

I respect the value of your time (by not over booking and staying on schedule) and ask that you, as a client, do the same. As a courtesy, we try to call and confirm all appointments at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled time. However, if we are unable to call or reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to avoid arriving late, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee.

When I am not given enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notification will result in a 100%  fee of your scheduled services.
  • Non cancellations or “no shows” will be charged the full amount of the original services booked.

These fees must be paid  in order to reschedule your next service. In the event that you same day cancel or no show on 2 appointments, you will be unable to schedule future appointments and may be considered as a walk in if time allows.

CANCELLATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY EMAIL OR FACEBOOK MESSAGES. You must call to cancel any appointments. If you call after hours please leave a detailed voicemail.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL ON YOU?

I stand by my policies, and feel it’s only fair that I have respect for your time as well. If for any reason the salon has to cancel on a client less than 24 hours of the appointed time, you will receive a $20 salon credit to be used on any retail product.  If the cancellation is due to situations out of my control such as power outages, unfortunate incidence, etc., that requires the salon to be closed during regular business hours, I will gladly reschedule our appointment and the discount does not apply.
